The Diplomatic Interactions Quarterly is a double-blind, peer-reviewed, and open-access journal published by the Research Center for Principles and Models of Endemic Economy in cooperation with the Scientific Association of the Center of Excellence in State Studies of Iran. This publication was to provide Diplomacy and international researchers with a focus on International Relations issues. This publication was published in response to the process made in the field of Diplomacy studies and its purpose is to publish quality articles that report findings related to important International Relations and Global Politics issues.
To allow for easy and worldwide access to the most updated research findings, the journal is set to be an open-access journal. Yet, The journal charges 17 million Rials to compensate a part of the arbitration fee, and if the article is accepted, additionally 13 million Rials will be charged from the authors for a part of the costs of processing the articles.
To provide easy and universal access to the latest research findings, this journal has been established as an open-access journal.
Diplomatic Interactions journal is published in both print and electronic formats.
In the journal submission system, in the process of uploading an article, there is an option called “Description”, in this section, you can state the reasons related to the originality of the research, including thematic, methodological, time, place, research community, and research achievement. It’s worth mentioning that to protect the intellectual property and rights of the authors and to maintain the scientific credibility of the journal, it uses multiple tools to review the received articles to prevent research violations.
The attention and observance of the aforementioned points in the preparation and submission of the article by the respected authors is a cause of gratitude.

The journal and the Technology Studies Institute hold the legal and intellectual rights related to the publication of the articles and the aforementioned rights are transferred to the journal and Technology Studies Institute by submitting the articles to the journal. In addition, the journal will be fully in charge of publication of the article in print, online, as a CD, in international indexes and domestic indexes. The Diplomatic Interactions journal understands the concerns of authors, readers, librarians, and others about the need for long-term preservation and access to scholarly research as the world of publishing continues to digitalization. Our policy directly and honestly addresses the archival issue of long-term retention with access.
The Journal of Diplomatic Interactions is committed to archiving, meaning long-term preservation and providing access to scientific research material published electronically in the Journal of Diplomatic Interactions. This policy statement specifies the extent of the journal’s archival commitment and the relevant procedures for fulfilling this commitment. The Journal of Diplomatic Interactions will serve as an archive for all electronic content published by the journal. The content of the archive will include all the editions of this magazine with the ability to access online and publish relevant supplementary materials. The original content of published material will never change but may be supplemented by annotations or additional information due to the occurrence of errors and the need to correct content, references, and other parts that change the original publication.
For the efficient and safe use of the online service, the Journal of Diplomatic Interactions undertakes to prepare copies from the electronic publications archive to preserve information and security. Replicas enable rapid delivery of content to consumers, while security replicas are kept as backup copies. The Journal of Diplomatic Interactions is committed to the periodic renewal of these reproductions. At least one security duplicate copy is kept in a separate location from the editorial office of Diplomatic Interactions in Tehran, Iran.
