موسسه پژوهشی مبانی و مدل‌ های اقتصادی بومی تعاملات دیپلماتیک 3041-9395 1 1 2023 03 21 Geopolitical Codes Affecting Foreign Policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran کدهای ژئوپلیتیکی موثر بر سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران 27 56 194792 10.22034/dpiq.2023.194792 FA معصومه مهدیی کارشناسی ارشد جغرافیای سیاسی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس، تهران، ایران 0000-0001-8885-9108 ریحانه صالح‌آبادی دکتری جغرافیای سیاسی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس، تهران، ایران 0000-0002-5144-4694 Journal Article 2023 01 02 Background: In the studies of other authors, the factors that are affecting Iran's foreign policy to other countries have been investigated, as well as the geopolitical codes between Iran and regional and extra-regional countries have been investigated and explained.<br />Research Objective: In this study, we aimed to examine Iran’s geopolitical codes with transnational powers (United States, India, China, Russia) and regional countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan) and answer this question: Which geopolitical codes are effective on the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran?<br />Research Method: The research method is descriptive-analytical according to its theoretical nature and library and internet methods have been used to collect information.<br />Findings: Concerning transnational powers and regional countries, rich historical and cultural background, soft power, linguistic diversity, and plurality, the Strait of Hormuz and having long coasts in the Sea of Oman, Shiite genome lines can be considered as effective geopolitical codes on Iran’s foreign policy towards other countries. On the other hand, Iran’s nuclear file, area, ethnicity and national crises, fight against terrorism and geo-cultural position and international credibility can be considered as geopolitical codes of other countries against Iran.<br />Conclusion: Awareness of the type of countries' geopolitical codes, can indicate their foreign policy orientation in the region and international relations. Examining these types of codes and being aware of how they are used can increase national power by expanding regional and international cooperation as well as helping to reduce tensions and conflicts among neighbors. کد ژئوپلیتیک به مجموعه‌­ای از پیش‌فرض‌های سیاسی ـ جغرافیایی کشورها اطلاق می­‌گردد که زیربنای سیاست خارجی کشورها را شکل داده و بعنوان نقشه مکمل در تعیین نوع و چگونگی ارتباط کشورها با یکدیگر در راستای بهره‌گیری و رسیدن به اهداف و منافع ملی مورد استفاده قرار می­‌گیرد. در این تحقیق با استفاده از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی کدهای ژئوپلیتیکی ایران با قدرت­های فرامنطقه­‌ای (ایالات متحد آمریکا، هند، چین، روسیه) و کشورهای منطقه­ (عربستان، قطر، ترکیه، افغانستان، عراق و پاکستان) بررسی می‌شود. پرسش مقاله این است که کدهای ژئوپلیتیکی موثر بر سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران کدامند؟ یافته­های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد در ارتباط با کشورهای منطقه­ای و فرامنطقه­ای، پیشینه تاریخی و فرهنگی غنی، قدرت نرم و فرهنگی، تنوع و تکثر زبانی، تنگه هرمز و داشتن سواحل طولانی در دریای عمان، ژنوم خطوط انتقال انرژی و ژئوپلیتیک شیعه می‌­تواند از کدهای ژئوپلیتیکی موثر بر سیاست خارجی ایران در مقابل سایر کشورها محسوب گردد. از سوی دیگر پرونده اتمی ایران، مساحت، قومیت و بحران­های قومی، سیاست انرژی، مبارزه با تروریسم، استراتژی­های منطقه‌­ای و موقعیت ژئوکالچر و اعتبار بین‌المللی می‌­تواند از کدهای ژئوپلیتیکی سایر کشورها در برابر ایران محسوب گردد. بنابراین می­توان بعنوان نتیجه بیان نمود آگاهی از نوع کدهای ژئوپلیتیکی کشورها می­تواند نشان­دهنده گرایش سیاست خارجی آنها در منطقه و حتی در مناسبات جهانی باشد. بنابراین بررسی و تبیین این نوع کدها و آگاهی از نحوه بکارگیری آنها می­تواند سبب افزایش قدرت ملی کشور با توجه به گسترش همکاری­‌های منطقه‌­ای و بین‌المللی و همچنین کمک به کاهش تنش­ها و کشمکش­های بین همسایگان گردد. https://www.dpiq.ir/article_194792_7200101d703fc7046536860552a3ffd4.pdf
